услуга голосового широковещания. Позволяет легко и быстро устанавливать вещательную связь со всеми членами организации или группы для передачи им необходимой информации или экстренных сообщений. Допускается передача сообщения только одним лицом - инициатором сеанса (в отличие от VGCS).
